As well as carrying out risk assessments for the management of your building and for delivery of events and activities, your organisation may need a risk management process, which may include a risk log. Here are a few examples of how your organisation can log the risks to your organisation.
This one from NCVO, provides tabs to record different types of risks from governance to finance.
This example provides you with a template which shows inherent risk and then residual risk after mitigating factors have been applied.
And don't forget when a risk is realised it becomes an issue and you may need to keep an issue log to ensure good management of the issue, back to a risk. This is particularly useful if you are managing a big capital project.
